Trust and safety

How we protect your journey

Cross-border treatment involves real uncertainty. This page sets out exactly what we do, what we do not do, and who is responsible at each stage.

What Mediroamers is — and is not

We are a medical-travel coordination service. We take one brief from you, approach partner healthcare providers in Türkiye on your behalf, and relay their response in plain language.

Mediroamers coordinates. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and outcomes rest with independent, qualified healthcare providers.

We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer, travel agency or booking platform. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no page here diagnoses anything.

How partner providers are approached

We share your brief with providers whose stated specialties match what you are asking about, and whose response we can relay to you clearly.

We do not publish a selection or accreditation claim we cannot evidence. Where a provider profile lists a credential, we show its source so you can check it yourself. If a credential has not been verified, we leave it off the site rather than describe a provider as vetted or accredited.

Who sees the reports you upload

Reports you upload are stored privately, shared only with the provider assessing your case, and never attached to notification emails.

Files are stored in private storage. Access is granted only through short-lived, server-issued links — never a public URL. Your coordinator shares a report with a provider only when it is needed for that provider to assess your case.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry and any attached files at any time. Quote your reference number.

When pricing becomes final

Any figure you receive is indicative. Pricing becomes final only after the provider has assessed your case.

Any package contents shown on this site are indicative. The treating provider confirms scope, clinic days and cost after assessment, and you are free to stop at that point.

— see the shape of the outline you would receive before you send anything.

If a provider asks for more information

This is normal. Your coordinator will tell you exactly what is being asked for and why, and you decide whether to share it. We never forward more than is needed for the question being asked.

What aftercare coordination means

Follow-up questions are coordinated through us; clinical aftercare remains the responsibility of the treating provider.

Transfers, accommodation and scheduling are coordinated where they are included in the selected provider plan.

Raising a concern

If something about your coordination has gone wrong, tell us with your reference number and we will respond to you directly through the contact channel listed on our contact page. Clinical complaints about treatment delivered by a provider must also be raised with that provider, since they hold the clinical record.

Still deciding?

Ask a question first if you prefer. No details are shared with any provider until you decide to go ahead.
