Our role

Mediroamers provides medical-travel facilitation and coordination services. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical practice, and we do not employ the clinicians who assess or treat you. Healthcare is provided by independent providers who are solely responsible for their own clinical services.

No medical advice

Content on this website is general information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a recommendation for any specific procedure. Always rely on the assessment of a qualified clinician.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, confirm eligibility for treatment, or create a contract for medical services. Treatment proceeds only after provider assessment and your explicit confirmation with that provider.

Prices and packages

Any price, package or duration shown is indicative and subject to change. Final scope and cost are set by the treating provider following assessment. Currency conversion, bank fees and third-party travel costs are not controlled by us.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any documents you upload. Incomplete or inaccurate information can materially change what a provider is able to assess.

Limitations

We coordinate in good faith but cannot guarantee clinical outcomes, provider availability, visa decisions, flight schedules or the acts of independent third parties. Our responsibility is limited to the coordination services we agree to perform.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
