We do not own or operate any clinic, and we do not accredit providers. We work with independent providers and stay accountable for how your case is coordinated between you and them.
Selection
What we ask before working with a provider
- Current licensing for the treatments they offer, and any accreditation they hold
- Experience in the specific treatment area a patient is asking about
- Treatment scope and costs set out in writing before travel
- How international patients are communicated with, and in which languages
- What their aftercare and complication pathway looks like
